So disappointed with the PNC Virtual Wallet. We had a regular account before this, but after having that account hacked, we closed that one and they had us open our new one as a Virtual Wallet. However, the website is down more often than it's working - I log on probably 5 times a week, and I'd say I have problems accessing Virtual Wallet about 4 of those times on average. I get to the screen where it tries to load Virtual Wallet, and it just gets stuck there forever - even the times it does load successfully, it's very slow.
On the rare occasions I actually get through to Virtual Wallet, it can be a useful application - but definitely not worth the hassle of not being able to access it most of the time. At least if there were an option to still view your account basics when the "fancy" application is down, that would be helpful - but instead your entire account is unavailable most of the time. Extremely frustrating for someone who does a lot of online banking...
I've noticed a lot of negative comments on here about PNC Mortgage, too - I won't even begin to get into the details of our experience, but suffice it to say it couldn't possibly have been a worse experience, and their customer service was beyond atrocious.
