I've recently applied for a HARP loan. I had been qualified and was able to lock my APR which i was very happy with. UNTIL, I received a letter stating that they were not able to approve the loan because "the borrower on the new mortgage loan is not the same individual as the borrower on the current mortgage loan". Which is TOTALLY incorrect, i have all kinds of proofs of documents, statements with the same loan number and same name. I called and they say they can't revert it back i have to start all over again and re apply with the current APR on the market. This is totally unfair I'm very disjointed I feel they don't care about there good standing customers. I've called them a few times and they don't seem to care at all; they want for me is to do is to re-apply through them so they can win their cumission and or bonus.
