Complaint / review text:
Purchased a leather sofa on June 5th for delivery in Cedaredge on June 8th. The delivery was made right on time.
As the delivery guys were unloading it they called us outside and showed us 2 tears and several scuff marks on the sofa. They apologized and called the store about delivery of another sofa. They told us it would probably be the following week. One Monday I called to speak with our salesman.
He was on vacation but the store manager, Jake, said they were out of stock in Colorado on that sofa. He said the records showed they would have new stock of it delivered to Denver on June 23rd. I did insist they comp the delivery charge and that was done. I called today and am now told they are scheduled to pick up this stock of sofas from the manufacturer on the 23rd, meaning it would not be in Denver until about the 27th.
Who knows how long until I would get it delivered to Cedaredge!
They did however charge the sofa to my credit card on June 5th. My first purchase a AFW and perhaps my last.
