Does anyone know if it is legal for clayton homes to force us to take possession of a house that has no utilities hooked, sewer, or water? We traded our existing mobile home with clayton homes for a double wide and put it on a piece of property we purchased.
Now the 1st of the month is coming and because of 6 months of delays because of clayton homes contractors many mistakes made they want to pull the trailer out that we live in and force us to take possession and move into a home that has zero utilities, no water, gas, electric, or sewage hooked up. This can't be legal we cant cook, shower, no lights etc.
How do we move into a place that has zero accomadations that is worse than ruoughing it camping for crying out loud. I hate this company and wish we could just burn this place down now!!
