Last weekend I bought 2 patio chair cushions labeled for wrought iron chairs for $14.99 each. When I got home they did not fit my wrought irons. No big deal I will exchange them for a bigger cushion and pay the difference if I need to.
Today, I go to Garden Ridge in Greenville, SC to make the exchange. Oops, I have no reciept. Most stores will exchange or give an instore credit, NO NOT GARDEN RIDGE. I bought two more cushions same price mind you. I would not have except I had bout other cushions and needed these to match. I spoke with the manager but she was very rude and said thats our policy. Well its a one. What store refuses to do an exchange?
So I have two cushions I cannot use. Will NEVER shop at this place again!
Once I purchased my new cusions at the same price, I asked if I could get a refund because now I have a reciept. Nope, not the same SKU number. You have to be kidding me?
