I bought a Simmons BeautyRest in 2010. This mattress has turned into a sagging piece of junk.
The left side of my neck and back are killing me. They finally sent a rep out. From the time he walked in my door, he said that this mattress was behaving normal and any replacement would do the same. He said I ordered the wrong mattress and that even though it was sagging over two inches in the cups that Simmons wouldn't consider it under warranty because it wasn't sagging two inches on the top of the mattress.
Turn and run from Simmons if you're considering buying one. It's turned into a real slip-shot operation. The rep said he didn't have the contact number for the regional manager but said he would have him call me.
Right. When you call Simmons customer service, they have a recording saying they can't take your call at this time.
