I am from Malaysia, had order my Madza CX5 in June 2013 and at the time of writing 7th September 2013, I am yet to hear from Madza when I am expect to know the date of delivery.
When called to check with the salesman repeatedly, he too has given up and asked passed me other number to call.
I wrote to their Corporate about my experience, the answer is no better than their salesman, they too not sure when they could let me know the delivery date. Failing to get their answer, I have decided to write to Mr. Masamichi Kogai, I hope he could help, otherwise I will just have to cancel my order.
I think the company staff in Malaysia just don't care about their customers and just keep them in the dark. The management team in Malaysia has failed their corporate CSR policy and where is the Corporate office?
