We bough a whirlpool refrigerator model, SERIAL NUMBER on october 2012, we started having problems with the refrigerator on july 2013, it does not cool anymore nor produce ice (the two features why we bought this one on the first place); first we had to call best buy geek squad (where we bought the refrigerator) and were told we had to contact whirlpool directly for their support because it was on warranty with them. We did and about one week later the repair man came to check it and find out that the fan was damaged, we had to wait about a month for the piece to come here to Puerto Rico and to get the refrigerator supposedly repaired, it was not the case; since that time we have had two visits from the repair man and the refrigerator still doesn't work. At whirlpool they say we have to continue waiting for the refrigerator to be repaired, meanwhile we cannot afford to buy a new one, not should we; and we can't keep even milk on it because it does get damaged on the very next day. They say, they don't have a replacement program for the product, the supervisors are never available, they are just going to continue repairing the refrigerator and expect us to live with this for who knows how long... Definitelly, we are going to look for someone who can solve our problem, even if we have to write to CEO & Chairman Jeff M. Fettig itself. SHAME on YOU Whirlpool, we never, ever are going to buy any products from you again!
