I have called Greyhound customer service more than three times attempting to get a voucher for a ticket that had not been redeemed.in June, Mr Robinson who assured me that I could have the voucher sent out in the passengers name is no longer with the company, per the woman I spoke with last week. I spoke with Mrs. Brown today and she was rude and did not want to continue talking to me. Now I have to wait for a supervisor to call me back. I keep getting the run around. I will never do business with Greyhound again and I will rather buy a plane ticket that was only about 20.00 more than Greyhound was. Lesson learned the hard way. Thank you so much for the lack of service greyhound $200 is a hard pill to swallow.
