I ordered online the trial $4.95 bottle of Garcinia Cambogia Plus. I admit it is my fault that I did not realise the terms that if I did not return the product within 12 days, I would be charged $89.99. If I had known this, I would have not ordered the trial bottle. I was checking my bank account, and noticed that I had been charged $89.99. I called [email protected] and I spoke with the customer service rep, and she told me that she could not help me, that their company was a clearing house that dealth with over 100 companies. I told her I wanted to speak to someone that could help me, and she kept repeating herself. I hung the phone up and called back. I did get in touch with a woman that gave me the information to return the unopened bottle. I went to the post office and mailed the bottle back with a tracking number and merchandise number. The customer service rep told me that it would take about one week to get my refund after they received the product. It has been three weeks, and I have not been reembursed the 89.99. I am going to make another call to them on Monday. I want my money back. I told the woman that I could get the same product on Amazon.com for $18.95 with free shipping and handling. She took me off of the automatic shipping list when I called, but I still do not have my refund.
