Ignoring Customer Complaints for over a month

I took my Volkswagen Passat to Lindsay Saker Edenvale on the 3rd of Feb 2015 due to the fact that I had issues with my petrol pump. Leo the technical manager drove my vehicle and was talking so much that he did not even respond or focus on my complaint. Only upon returning back to the branch he confirmed that he heard a faint noise but that he was not concerned about it - he confirmed that the car is only rattling and I have reported this numerous times in the past. My car is still under maintenance plan and is only 4years of age.

I took my car to VW Kempton Park on the 16th of Feb 2015 due to the fact that Lindsay Saker Edenvale was fully booked and could only assist me on the 19th. Kempton Park returned my car and was easy to say that nothing is wrong with the vehicle.

I took it to Edenvale on the 19th, they confirmed that the petrol pump was broken, however the part will only arrive within 5 weeks time, the turn-around time could not be confirmed. They told me that it is not hazardous to drive the car and that it will not let me down.

On the 26th of Feb2015 it broke down 4 times, it was towed in today and no one can tell me when I can have my car back.
