Complaint / review text:
On the 16th of feb I received a sms from the post office confirming that I have received a parcel and it's ready for collection. (This parcel was actually for Christmas for my children from their Aunt in Canada)
On 21 Feb went to POST NET HAZELDEAN and received my slip.
The lady, Jaqueline advised me that they (postnet) can go to lynnwood rif postoffice on monday to collect the parcel and I can come on 23 FEb to collect it.
On Monday I got their and my parcel were gone. Jean advised me that they gave my parcel to another lady but the lady brought it back and they will have my parcel the next day. My husband went there on Tuesday but nothing.
Then I called them on friday 27 feb, spoke to Werner (the manager) and he advised me that we were in the wrong because the incorrect nr was on the parcel!!! The parcel went back to JHB HUB and it will go back to the sender - from CANADA!
This was not my fault because we received a sms, we received the slip that the parcel was addressed to us and postnet offerred to collect it then they gave it to someone els!
BAD SERVICE! I just want the parcel! The clothes will be too small if I receive it in 3 months!!!
Please get my parcel!
