Prepaid electricity was purchased on the 28th Of Feb, but according to Tshwane systems my account was in arrears even though I paid that account minutes after purchasing prepaid. I was unable to redeem a token for electricity. Vicki Malherbe assisted me on the 3rd of March 2015 and within minutes the problem was sorted and my token was sent. Thanks Vicki for the excellent service.
