Complaint / review text:
I am an Avon Sales Person and I have not received my parcel since Monday. Fast and Furious collected it from Avon on Monday the 9th of March. I called on Tuesday to find out when my parcel would be delivered and the lady I talked to said it would be delivered on Wednesday, come Wednesday I called again and she said it had not been loaded with the driver. It's Thursday today and the parcel has not been delivered yet. I logged in online today and it does not indicate that my parcel is out on delivery. So it is four days now and these guys still have my parcel. I have customers who want their products from that parcel and they have been asking since Tuesday. Each day I tell them I will have it the next and I am so sure they are also tired of waiting now. I don't think Fast and Furious have value for their customers. If they did, they would not be acting this way. So very disappointed.
