ON THE 18th of March 2015, I acquired the courier services of Speed Services through the Vanderbijlpark Post Office. The Overnight Counter to Door Courier Service by Speed Service cost R185.90. I was then informed that the parcel would leave the post office on the same day and be delivered at TUT Soshanguve South Campus the following day. I was also provided with a Tracking number to trace the whereabouts of the parcel. On Friday the 20th of March 2015 I contacted the recipient of the parcel inquiring as to whether he has received the parcel.
To my utter surprise the parcel was still not delivered which meant that it would be delivered on the coming monday the 23rd of March 2015, approximately 5 days after I had paid a hefty amount of money for a 4 day delay. On the morning of the 23rd of March 2015, I went back to the Vanderbijlpark Post office and a lousy explanation as to what might have happened and to find that the Post Office doesn't know the location of the Parcel. Please advise to this regard
