An 80 year old lady ordered the belle Complex sample and the Hydrodance. She paid over $11 for the free samples, for shipping. She received the Hydrodance, but not the belle complex and no instructions. After a couple of emails, she finally received the instructions a few weeks later. They said that she should use them both together. She didn't receive the complex till last week and began using them together on March 24th/2014. On March 28th she found out that she had been billed approx. $192 for the complex and the Hydrodance and when she phoned the credit card company, she found out that she had been billed a further $192 on tMarch 26th. Nothing except the samples have been received and today is only her 5th day of trial. This is not acceptable for an 80 year old existing on her old age pension. How can a company treat people this way?
