I've been trying to get local tracking numbers for 2 international parcels of mine that was sent from USA.
The first parcel has left the US on the 12th of November 2014 I'm still currently waiting for its arrival. The USPS tracking number for this parcel is LJ668373157US
The second parcel left the US on the 16th of March 2015. The USPS tracking number for this parcel is LJ683487752US
I've tried contacting SAPO customer support via email and phone, but I get absolutely no response. I also tried contacting "Cape Mail international parcel tracking" via phone 021 590 5728 and 021 590 5716, but both numbers says engaged.
This type of service is utterly unacceptable. So could someone please assist me in finding out what happened to my parcels, as one of them was posted over 4 months ago.
