Complaint / review text:
I ordered flowers on Friday to be delivered to my mother for Mother's Day on Sunday. Bloomex guaranteed delivery for Sunday between 12-5pm. The flowers were not delivered! I called Bloomex multiple times, only to be transferred to a voicemail due to high call volumes, each time. I went online and had a virtual chat with a customer service representative. She simply replied with a generic message, without reason for the flowers not being delivered. When I asked for compensation she replied "Sorry for inconvenience. That's all I can do for you" and then closed our conversation without waiting for a response.
This is the second time that they have not delivered flowers that i've ordered. I can guarantee that I will never order from them again!
