Complaint / review text:
I ordered a burgundy dress and realized I really should have ordered the grey. I called, wrote, emailed right away and no answer, so the next morning I called again and got a customer service rep. He said there was no problem and said he changed the color of the order. I asked if I could have a new receipt with the right color and he said it wasn't necessary as the grey color was now on my order. The dress arrived and it was RED. Not even burgundy. As it was, the bodice was encrusted with sequins and large plastic "jewels" and looked very cheap - not like the picture. I wrote the company an email and they wrote back that I had ordered the burgundy and that they could make me a new (grey) dress if I paid $50 more - and no, they didn't want me to return the red dress (although BTW, they never acknowledged that it was red and NOT burgundy). I said, no, I wasn't going to pay more for the dress color I had changed my order to. I even suggested that they don't "decorate" the bodice of the grey dress to save them money and still no. Many email exchanges later, I was tired, time was running out and I went ahead and paid $50. Then I received an email days later saying that they were out of the fabric for the grey dress and could I please pick out another dress? It took several more emails for them to believe that I was not going to order anything else from them and I just wanted my money back - all of it. They refused to return any $ except the additional $50. We must have had 15 email exchanges. I told them if I didn't get all of my money refunded, I was going to write a bad review. They didn't seem to care - so you can guess what happened and why I'm writing this.
