Complaint / review text:
I had money missing from my account total of 69.95, i rang my bank and they passed me MWC details, i rang them and they said i will received a refund, well waited a month and more money came out of my bank, yet again i rang my bank and the same company but under the name of Merrywood took the same amount out of my bank on the 5th march, still to this day i haven't received a penny back, they was very rude and i even told them that i have a 20 month old who needs things and they turned round and said that it wasn't there problem and on one call i got called a "fucking mug" i think the company is a disgrace, i even asked to speak to a manager and was told that the managers doesn't take phone calls. Well we all know why that is. They let others do there dirty work. Ive now involved the ombudsman and i suggest others do the same..
