I purchased an BeautyRest Edmore Queen Mattress from Mattress Firm a year ago 6-20-13. It was a supposedly firm mattress and seemed ok the first couple of months.
Then I noticed it was beginning to sag where I slept every night (i am a single person). I went back to the store to ask about it and they suggested that I upgrade? I just paid $982 for a mattress set and they suggested upgrade? I knew that I could not do that so bought a couple of foam mattress covers which did not work either.
One of them being almost $200. I filed a claim about 6 8 weeks ago with MF. I had to pay for the inspection and now find that even though they will replace only the mattress with a like one, I have to pay for delivery charge and have no warranty on the replacement. What assurance do I have that I will not have the same problem?
I really feel that they sold me a USED mattress for it to start sagging so quickly.
I am a woman, small frame and cannot believe that it sagged so quickly. I am VERY UNHAPPY with this product and the store that sold it to me.
