I was billed in error last month (May, 2014), over billed by $592.50, because I tried to get a sports package (MLS Direct Kick) unsuccessfully, and I was billed $79 and change each time the signal was sent to my set top box. The only problem was, I didn't get the service for six weeks. This month, I have been over billed again, to the tune of about $600.00. Have you ever had one of those days? I was told by a service representative from Comcast tonight that the same sort of charges were sent through, again. And I thought Comcast got it fixed last month. The service representative gave me a "service ticket" and advice to call back in a few days to see what had happened on the ticket. The representative could not tell me a number to call, except for the 1-800-XFINITY, or an actual person to request information on my ticket.
