Mahindra West Rand have had my vehicle for over 3 months and cant get a part to repair my vehicle, I have already paid for the parts more than 2 months ago, They don't come back to me and about "working on my vehicle" After 2 and half months of no response from West Rand, even after dealing with the dealer principle, I sent a complaint in writing to Mahindra Head Office detailing the events of the past months and asked for their assistance in getting a response from West Rand about what was happening with my vehicle.
After 3 weeks of trying to deal with head office I still have had no response. They also just promise to phone me and they don't, The service from Mahindra head office is no better than the West Rand branch
I run my own electrical business and have had to hire a vehicle to continue working, The cost of hiring a work vehicle for more than 3 months is crippling my business. I would advise anyone NOT to buy a Mahindra if you cant get parts for the vehicle and this is the kind of service you get from the branch and from head office.
