On june 12,2014, Canadian visa expert called my mobile number and said that they would be assisting me in getting a visa to canada.in addition they also offered me to have an assessment also to australia.in both countries, they said that I need to pay $781 US dollars. They asked for the credit card number of my mother and charged it immediately. After that they also offered to me apply for a student visa in 3 countries. After saying the offer, they said to me that because I'm a member, instead of paying $781 US dollars in total, i just need to pay $450 US dollars. I thought that what they meant was reducing the amount to $450 US dollars for all the three assessments. But when I received the invoice, there was a total of $1231 and there were also items that they did not even told me, such us IELTS online course and the eBook guide to guide to Canada which were not explained to me. Now after 10 days my mom knew the amount that they got from us, so we demanded to go for a refund and cancel all the assessments that they offered me. But they are saying that I can only get a refund of $150 despite of cancelling the assessment. They told me in email that the process could take up to 60 working days, and now that I complained after 10 days, they told me that all my assessments are ready. I want to get a full refund and cancel those assessments which i think should be possible since i haven't receive any results yet and because of the price and I don't have any relatives or friends that could help me on those countries.
