This company is horrible. I was unable to update my credit card info on the POGO platform (owned by EA) and a message came up that my account didn't exist. Going round and round with customer service (with lag time of days for them to answer an email), I was informed my account was "suspended or banned". Meanwhile I am getting multiple notifications from POGO telling me they tried to charge the credit card on file for a yearly renewal and the transaction didn't go through. The credit card they had on file that I was not able to update had been cancelled by Chase bank due to the Target Identity Theft issue that happened months before. They kept trying to charge that cancelled card, wouldn't let me update it and told me my account was "suspended or banned". I created a PayPal account which they were able to charge, and they did charge me $39.99 for a renewal on June 27,2014 that is supposed to run until 2015. They are telling me, however, that my account is still "suspended or banned" and that they have done a "thorough review" and will not reverse the decision. Well, you jerks, you don't get to charge me AND tell me my account is suspended. If my account is suspended, you have no business taking $39.99 out of my PayPal account. I have at least a dozen useless emails from their customer service and disputes dept. I have now filed a complaint with the California Attorney General. I don't know who they think they are, but they don't get to rip me off for something they have no intention of delivering on.
