Complaint / review text:
Booked vehicle in for service on Thursday 10 July 2014 at or about 06:45. Additional to service, indicated that vehicle does not start in the mornings. Received a quotation for repairs and service cost at 15:22. Immediately instructed to proceed. Received correspondence on Friday 11 July 2014 at 11:49 indicating that dealer is still awaiting parts. Received further correspondence on Friday 11 July 2014 at 16:21 indicating that dealer is still awaiting delivery of parts. No feedback received on Monday 14 July 2014. Contacted dealer on Tuesday 15 July 2014 at 11:27,11:58 and 12:40 inquiring the status of my vehicle. Received a call back at 12:45 confirming vehicle is ready for collection. Collected vehicle at 15:05. It was covered with black oil hand stains on the tail gate, canopy door, rear fenders, driver's door, bonnet and front fenders and dirtier than it was before delivery, obviously being outside in their parking area for 5 days. Clearly I didn't realise that a car wash was not included in the R5,745.69 price tag.
