On Saturday, 21 June 2014, I ordered online Pure Life Cleanse from Biotrim Labs to the value of R295.00. I then received an sms notification from Absa bank that R1475.00 has been debited from my credit card by Biotrim Labs. On the 21st June 2014 at 6:22 PM, I received an e-mail from [email protected] indicating that my order has been received and that my supply will be shipped out to me shortly. I then sent an e-mail at 6:39 PM to [email protected] and [email protected] indicating that I would like to cancel my order as I was under the impression that I am ordering Pure Life Cleanse to the value of R295.00 and that my credit card was debited with R1475.00. I requested Biotrim Labs to reimburse the R1475.00 to my credit card. On Monday morning, 23 June 2014 I called 087 550 2181 and spoke to a lady by the name of Dexter regarding my order. I informed her that I would like to cancel my order and she said it is not possible. She offered me to pay half price for the order. I informed her that I am not interested and need Biotrim Labs to refund me the R1475.00. To date I have not been refunded.
