I have ATT Uverse for TV (Cable) and Internet. While the service itself is okay (I said okay, not great) the customer service provided is, without doubt, the worst I've ever experienced. The automated system wants to resolve your problem without involving a human, regardless of the nature of the problem. You are given two options: pay your bill or tech support.in the case of the latter you're transferred offshore to the Philippines where you'll be lucky to find someone you can understand, much less resolve a problem. If you get transferred from there to someone stateside that speaks English, they are generally rude, usually not very knowledgeable and worst of all not very interested in helping you. My call wait time for a recent issue was 40 minutes. I guess I'm stuck with them for the remainder of the year, but I'll be doing something else after that. ATT: thumbs down.
