My mother viewed her AT&T bill and noticed the increase from 45.00 to 167.00.inspecting it further we noticed the name Veza. She never authorized the change so I called and the customer service person was unprofessional after I told her this was not authorized that I wanted a credit to the entire charge, she offered 35.00 out of the 167.00. I told her why the entire amount was not credited, it wasn't authorized, she said that's all I can do. Unbelievable how AT&T can allow this to happen. The lady says they got the authorization, which was a lie, they never did. At this point don't even know if my mother will get the full credit. Horrible company and business practice. That should never be allowed.
