Complaint / review text:
I have purchased a brand new faw siruis s80 end of September 2013, November 2013 I started reporting faults on the vehicle one in particular brakes been very low it was promised to be sorted on the 1000kms service never did 15000kms still nothing after being back and forth complaining about the numerous faults I dropped the vehicle for a door rubber which came after 3 months from the moon which is wrong I get call after the vehicle is being parked their for a week from Roland telling me I have to pay for the brakes to be sorted out brake pads are not covered WOW your'l finally found the fault which took your'l a year to figure out at 25000kms common sense will tell you if brakes are low a person will be pressing brakes more often causing brake pads to fail but if brakes was sorted @ 800kms would brakes still be a problem every complaint I have read here on hello peter indicates brakes on this vehicles THERES A PROBLEM WITH THE VEHICLES BRAKING SYSTEM your'l have a brand new vehicle at your premises that came with no brakes. I will not put my family at risk I'm sending a report to the bank, ombudsman, consumer board and a full report to Wendy knowler of east coast radio
