Complaint / review text:
I am so unhappy with the car I bought at Jeep dealership. I bought thinking it's a brand new car but from week 3 of owning the car I had to take it back with mechanical problems.
I have spoken to the dealer & voiced my unhappiness with the Brand itself & at this point i want to cancel my agreement with them for this car.
I am willing to continue & keep my business with them but on a different car or brand. I no longer have trust on the jeep as a brand.
I am really disappointed with Jeep as a brand because I was actually thinking I am upgrading but this feels like a down grade at it's best.
The people at the dealership are insisting on repairing the car for me. I bought the car as new & want a new car not the one that was repaired.
Shiela, the lady I spoke to this morning told me that, they (jeep) are not perfect even a new born baby dies, I thought that was a horrible example.
