I upgraded my phones with sprint and as part of the upgrade I traded in my old phones for credit. Turns out that the Sprint employee at the Countryside store in Clearwater, FL took my phones and never applied the $400 credit for the 3 phones. I called Sprint customer service and they told me it was a store issue and that they could not help me. I called the store and the an employee who identified himself as Luis told me to "shut up and listen" then proceeded to inform me that this issue was not their problem. So basically I am out $400 and Sprint is not willing to work with me after I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years.
