I had to break my contract with Sprint, and at the first moment, they offered me to do not pay the early termination fee, and give them back my cell phone. I accepted the offer. It was the beginning of my problems. First, they asked me to return the cell phone to the same store where I bought. At the store, they did not accepted the phone. I called costumer service and they said I had to pay the fee. After talk, they said I should not pay, they would send me a box to return my cell phone. I explained I was leaving the country, so I give them a friend's address. My surprise was when my friend did not received the box, but the early termination fee to be paid. Now, I'm outside the country, I can not access my online account, I can not talk with them by phone, so I can't solve the problem and I even can't pay the bill. I really do not recommend this company. Shame on you sprint.
