My name is Amber and I am writing this email because I have been completely and utterly dissatisfied with Sprint. I have been a customer since Jan 2012 and I am going to switch to another provider whether they are more expensive or not but I want to also tell you why.in Sept 2014, I had a balance of $280. I paid the balance off because I was looking to upgrade my phone from an IPhone 4 to an IPhone 6 Plus. I am not in a contract and have not been since last year. The very next day my services were disconnected and when I called in, I was told that I had gone over my spending limit. As it was researched further, I have found that my plan had been changed without my authorization. I also found documentation from Feb 2013 stating that a rep had changed my plan. Since finding out about this change, my account has exceeded over $600 from over the limit fees! An every representative that I have called in to speak with has been unprofessional, and unable to help. As of January 6,2015, my account has been red-flagged where if I call in the rep I'm speaking with has to automatically transfer me to this special collections department where all of them in the dept are rude and disrespectful to their customers. One of the reps I some with just today cursed at me and told me that if I would just pay my bill, I would have no problems. Are you kidding me?!?!?! I have made payments to my account but every week my services have been disconnected. I am completely fed up with Sprint and the staff. It is no wonder everyone is fleeing from Sprint towards other service providers. This is no way to run a business.
