I have been a loyal verizon customer for over ten years. Their service is great; however, their customer service needs major improvements. I was promised a credit of 21.66. It never went through so followed up yet again. This time the customer rep could only partially credit me because there was no prior annotation on my account. She also said that 9 times out of 10 verizon does not err! So basically, it's always the customers fault!!!
The bottom line is that when you speak to a rep and you jot down their info and what they are promising you, that is not good enough unless verizon has the same info and 9 times out of 10 they don't!
I wish there was a provider that had the same coverage as verizon in my area as I would HAPPILY take my money elsewhere: (
