I purchased a Motorola H730 Bluetooth during Christmas time from Walmart.com. It worked for one week then stopped. I contacted Motorola and they agreed to replace the defective item. I later learned they no longer make the aforementioned bluetooth and will send me out a Boom instead. I advised I did not want a Boom because I had one and did not like it. Motorola agreed to refund the money after I sent proof of purchase. After five phone calls and 45-60 min each time on the phone they sent out the Boom anyway. I have been round and round with Motorola to refund my money or send me back my defective item and still I get no where. Motorola customer service is terrible and I will never purchase another Motorola product again.
