I upgraded in February to the Nexus 6 and since day 1 have not received most of my calls. I contacted store locations and customer service on a weekly basis sometimes few times a week. After countless trouble shooting from Sprint and resets (losing everything in the phone numerous times because the Nexus 6 does not have a SD card) and contacting Motorola after Sprint said it's not Sprint's issue then Motorola sending me back to Sprint. I ended up getting a replacement from Assurian because I pay for insurance - I also had to pay an additional $200 deductible for the 2nd Nexus 6 that still does not receive calls. I now decided I do not want another replacement of the Nexus 6 because it is a known issue that Sprint can not provide service to this phone. So, finally I have my boyfriend call Sprint because obviously they're not doing anything for me, during the 3 hour call they were transferring him to countless people that kept going in circles. Finally someone in escalations says we can do an advance exchange at a sprint store and provides us with the address and told me to call before I go - thank god I did because that store said they were not going to be able to do an advanced exchange. They were trying to send me to a store out of the state over an hour away and all they were going to be able to do is give me a REFURBISHED nexus 6. Not happening - I pay $30 month additional to have a phone and I just upgraded in February. My boyfriend and I spoke to a total of 8 people today through customer service and a few store managers at Sprint locations for over 2 hours; the manager Rico at the Pentagon City Alexandria, VA location was the most unprofessional ignorant human being I have ever spoken with. After 2 months I have lost thousands of dollars! Paying my bill for 2 months of service they haven't provided and an additional $200 deductible for another phone that does not work, taking time off work to go to countless Sprint stores and having to rent a car/taxi as I live in the city, hours on the phone with Sprint and Motorola again away from work. This is by far the worst company I have dealt with for customer service and should be ashamed to say they provide service of any sort. I will be taking this up with the legal department as well as this is fraud and they have not provided the service that states in contract.
