Complaint / review text:
I have 4 mobile phone lines and received call "overage" fees on one of them as minutes exceeded 500 for the billing period. All 4 lines were supposed to have unlimited calling but only 2 were switched to this plan by the agent. I called and asked for a refund and they only offered me half. Why do I have to pay because their employee didn't make the proper plan adjustments on that line?
