I have been trying to cancel my subscription for three months. I joined at the same time I joined Ancestry.com.
I realized in the first days of the trial period that they have NO newspaper information regarding my own ancestry.
I kept the subscription for a few months and then realized they're charging $29.95 a month! I have been calling ever since. I always hear a recording to wait and then I am disconnected within a minute. It is really disheartening.
I would like to see my money returned, but at this point I just want a cancellation.
