I cant even describe the nightmare that is billing and customer service. I have been near tears due to frustration since November 5th, 2014.
All told it has taken 7 months and close to 10 hours worth of phone calls to get an issue resolved. I am still not sure is resolved. They were charging me for 300$ worth of service that was unauthorized. $306.00 to be exact.
7 months and minimum 10 hours of my time. I intend to cancel my services with them. They are a business that could not care less about their customers. Truly.
Please dont use Verizon Fios or Landline. Surely there is something better out there.
Rabbit Ears is better than dealing with this company. Thank You
