Poor customer service they do not care bout there long term customers. We have been a customer for over 5 years.
Do to medical problems in our family some months money get tight. Yes we have been behind on our bill a few times but they have all way gotten there money. We are now in a situation were they have shut our phones off. I paid the month behind the will not turn the phones back on till the payment tye is a day and half late is paid.
The account holder has been in and out of the hospital with liver failure for almost a year. These are the only phones we have to make doctors appointments and it really is a lifeline right now.
At&t reps will not let me make payment arrangements or even work with us. No hart company they just do not care to keep there customers.
