Enrolled in Wireless networking after declining

Complaint / review text:
After installing a wireless modum from Comcast

The password would not work

Contacted Comcast and was transferred to Xfinity

Signature support withpout disclosure

The man that answered the phone asked how he could help and them informed me of the fees $39 enrollment fee plus a monthly charge

I declined and asked to be transferred back to Comcast

He told me Comcast knew nothing about wireless but did transfer me back or so he said

My problem was easily resolved by Comcast. The password is case sensitive This person who helped me was female.

Talking to a representative yesterday 2/12/2013 I was informed this conservation was recorded which I hope is true

A supervisor was suppose to listen to the recording and get back to me in a couple of hours which never happened
