Not only do the accounts department not answer their phones, but they also don't responded to emails & requests. I haven't received a physical municipal account since July. I have requested getting these accounts via email & nothing has happened. When I log onto the site, it says I am registered. I have asked for my password & username, but no response. The last account I did however receive was not up to date with payments that I had made. I then, frustratingly, received a rude notification outside my house saying that this is a warning letter that my services will be cut off if I don't pay the amount owed. How am I meant to pay this if; 1) I haven't received an updated bill? And 2) I am not aware of the amount I owe. I have sent numerous emails and have not received any response. This is extremely frustrating as I am one of the few honest payers that like to be up to date.
