It takes days to arrange a 15 minute conversation with anyone in the City Council that may be able to help you with your account.
After a debacle involving a mix up of our account - which took months to solve early last year we paid a significant pre deposit to cover the cost of lights and water during the transfer period on a property in Glenvista.
After spending the time and more at the centre in Braamfontein I was assured that the "left over amount" would be paid into my account.
I was then assured that the funds were transferred to our attorneys.
To date there are no funds in my account or my attorneys.
