Called to terminate our monthly policy recently because we will have new insurance beginning July 1 st. We have every right to terminate our policy at the end of the month and not be forced to pay for dual coverage because your faulty system will not allow you to change someone's policy before 14 days of notice!
This is an optional montly service. We should not be penalized or discriminated against for canceling! It is a kind gesture to offer folks extended coverage of they need it. And for those of us who do not, we should be able to decline it!
Each employee I spoke to blamed their system's inadeqaucey and claimed incapable of overriding it. Completely frustrating and illegal.
