Complaint / review text:
Due to the fact that I was waiting for my visa, I had to pay a fine when i left South Africa last year May to go visit my family. I was told that i got get a reimbursement by home affairs once i would receive my Visa.
I got in contact with Mrs Jones (Chief Admin Clerk Visa Management Pretoria) last year november. I have send all the requested documents including my original receipt with a registered letter to Mrs Jones.
I followed the letter by tracking and the letter was delivered to GPO Pretoria on 22.01.2015. The next day I phoned Mrs Jones and asked her when she would be getting the letter and she replied to me she will have to wait for the people who collect the post weekly to get the letter and follow the rest off the procedure. Ever since than i have been phoning up and down to Mrs Jones and Mrs Jacobs (post registration home affairs)
last email i received from Mrs Jacobs was saying they can't find my slip to fetch the letter and they busy looking for it. After the 18th of march i have been phoning and sending out emails, not mrs jones or mrs Jacobs
The times Mrs Jones actually answered my calls, which is very few, she was extremely rude.
