I phoned EMM's call centre and to my surprise I was answered almost immediately by a person without having to go through an irritating IVR system. Wow!
I spoked to Tsediso who patiently took my details (we had a terrible line so I had to ask Tsediso to repeat himself often).
The Water and Sanitation people duly arrived a couple of hours later and were able to unblock the municipal drainpipe which is on my property. That was a major relief for us, as our backyard was getting flooded with what seemed like all of Edenvale's sewarage!
