Complaint / review text:
I submitted my tax return and was paid out on the 5th of July which was exceptional. No audit or verification was requested when i submited. Nearly 2 weeks later (last week wednesday), money in my bank account was frozen by SARS according to FNB without any notice from SARS to myself. FNB gave me a [email protected] Gov. Za email address to contact which i have done, sending all my info including log book and medical tax certificate etc. I have had no response. I went to SARS Edenvale to try find out the issue and they cannot help either and told me to get in touch with the person on the email address. The call center cannot assist me either saying i need to visit a branch. I checked the e-filing website and there are no notices and my IT34 still shows the same result as well as my statement of account.
I am willing to do what is necessary to sort this out, i pay my taxes and have all required documents. Please could someone from SARS assist me to resolve this. I need to have access to my money and account as its going
