I have come to a point where I really dont know whom can help me with my login problems if SARS cannot help me since the 6th June 2014. Last year I had a Tax practitioner and now I cannot get hold of him, he has my profile and I've done 3 "Transfer requests" and he is not accepting, I called in at SARS on the 2nd June and they said I need to submit my bank statement, proof of residence and ID copy at SARS to be scanned so my profile and efiling can be returned back to me. Been given these case no's since June which are still not resolved because to date I still cannot login to my efiling: Case number: 138643170,138643171,141549144,141448373,141596807,141596807,142046100,142054105. All I need is my login details to be reset, why is this such a difficult task for SARS, who is supposed to help me if SARS cannot help? Really I'm not not sure if I will ever get the right help and answers. This is so frustrating.
