Complaint / review text:
I moved into my apartment in Noordwyk Midrand last year. The agent I was dealing with is Hendre and the contractual agreement was that I would move in on the 1st day of October. I ended up moving in on the 5th because I had no water, which was promised to me before I moved in, the pipes were leaking, the security gate in the lounge was not working and one of the bathrooms had a broken tap. It took them more than a week to fix this, even after I had moved in! I then later reported a leakage in the apartment, water was leaking through the roof in one of the bedrooms and has damaged the wall, they sent someone to take photos and promised to come back and fix it, I am still waiting! I have sent them a notice to say that I am moving out, within a reasonable time frame - they stated two months in the contract - and now they are doing everything they can to ensure that I do not get my deposit, including adding charges that I have never had to pay for in the last year that I have been renting with them! Not to mention the rude employees when you call them to enquire or complain.
Whatever you do, do not rent with Bregan Properties!!!
